The Chancellors Office 'Vision for Success' (VFS) has identified five key measurable indicators for institutions to work towards bringing equitable outcomes for ALL California Community College Students.
Tables below are derived from the Complete Vision for Success Equity Data Set and indicate the student groups (by year available) that have been determined DI (Disproportionately Impacted) by achieving outcomes at a significantly lower rate than the group averages.

Term Persistence from Primary to Subsequent Term.
The rate of new/first time in college credit students that return/re-enroll in their second primary term (Fall/Spring).
Completed Transfer-Level Math & English within their First Year.
The rate of new/first time in college credit students that successfully complete transfer level Math & English within their first academic year.
Attained The Vision Goal for Success within Three Years.
The rate of new/first time in college credit students successfully earn an Approved Chancellors' Office Certificate, AA, or ADT within three years.
Transferred to a Four-Year Institution within Three Years.
The rate of new/first time in college credit students that successfully enroll in a Four Year Institution within Three Years.
Successful Enrollment in First Year.
Among applicants who applied in the selected year, the proportion who enrolled in at least one term.
